We are super excited to introduce the very lovely Donna who has joined Sixth Sense Salon as our Front of House Manager at our hair salon in Sutton Coldfield.
This position is a brand new role within Sixth Sense as we felt the need to take on someone to ensure that every client receives an exceptional and consistent customer experience right from the first phone call up to opening the door for clients when they leave the salon.
Donna joins us with an extensive background within the hairdressing industry, she is qualified hairdresser and beautician with 8 years management experience within her own salon.
She has won a number of accolades while running her own salon which includes Best Local Salon and Best Customer Service.
Donna now wants to bring this winning customer focused mentality to Sixth Sense where she will concentrate on working alongside our Front of House team to ensure we are delivering exceptional service to EVERY client.
